CO-STRAP HOTMELT (TEXTILE)

CO-STRAP polyester corded textile (hotmelt) strapping is produced by combining high tenacity polyester yarns with hot glue (hot-melt glue method.) That is the reason why this strapping is called Hotmelt strapping.

Due to its superior properties, textile strapping is preferred for heavy loads and loads carried under difficult conditions..

CO-STRAP textile strapping can be used either with galvanized or phosphate coated wire buckles depending on the type of application. When used with the buckle, the strap doesn’t get loose during transportation and this allows your cargo to reach its destination without incurring any damage. CO-STRAP textile strapping has considerably higher system breaking strength than PP strapping when used together with the appropriate buckle.

The most important factor affecting system strength is the strength of the joint. CO-STRAP textile strapping joint strength reaches up to 60-80%.

CO-STRAP textile strapping can be re-tensioned if necessary.

CO-STRAP textile strapping comes in a wide range of dimensions. We have products that can be used, depending on the type of application and the weight of the pallet, in different widths (from 7mm up to 38mm) and in various breaking strengths (from 150 kgf up to 2400 kgf.)
