CO-STRAP lashing, which we began to manufacture in 2019, are approved by Germanischer Lloyd. The cargo may need to be transported by container whether by road, sea, or rail. The lashing method is frequently used in these cases and especially for sensitive loads. It is a more economical solution especially compared to SpanSets. The vibration movements that occur during container loading and unloading or during shipment must be damped. Lashing is a method used to achieve this goal. Lashing method is also used a lot of times to transport heavy industrial products to achieve maximum safety and to fixate the products inside the container.

TARGET INDUSTRIES AND APPLICATIONS AREAS

• Lashing is mostly used for land, sea and air transportation. It is also used for loads carried by crane or elevator.
• It ensures that the loads placed in the vehicle or in the container are stabilized against the dynamic movements that may occur during transport.

Our lately manufactured product which has already been included in our product portfolio is 3030 and 4040 drop forged ladder buckles.

Ladder Buckles are used with Co-Strap lashing straps and have white / yellow galvanized coatings,

They have relatively high breaking strengths up to 3000 daN for 3030 and 4000 daN for 4040 codings.
